Speaking Put Me on My Dime

Like many people, when I first went out on my own, I struggled to figure out what my gift was, my blessing. What is that unique thing I am called to do?

I’d see people like Oprah or Tony Robbins, people who were really doing what they were made to do, and I wanted that too. I wanted to be “on my dime.”

So I got out there and started speaking, teaching people what I knew I did well, which was designing irresistible offers.

And I found that speaking is a great way to get on your dime.

Speaking helps you find the words to express what you know, and puts you face to face with people who give you feedback and help you to really see what your gifts are. You see how your expertise touches them and get clearer and clearer on what it is.

I also found that the closer I got to my dime, the more abundance came, the more clients came. People found me.

So whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been at it a while and you feel that something new is emerging from you and you want to really hone in on it, there’s no better tool for that than speaking.
